1. Data controller

This website is controlled by Miguel Lama García, who operates the Mine - Afirmaciones Positivas project. Privacy contact: mineafirmacionespositivas@gmail.com.

The website promotes a free application and currently sells no products or subscriptions, displays no advertising and generates no revenue.

2. Scope

This policy describes processing on this website. It does not automatically cover processing within the mobile app, Google Play, the App Store or linked websites, which may have separate policies.

3. Data we may process

• Technical data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, time, requested resource, browser, device and security logs handled by the hosting or CDN provider.
• Your analytics-cookie choice, stored locally in your browser.
• Usage, device and interaction data from Microsoft Clarity only after you accept analytics. GA4 or GTM will only be used if configured in the future.
• Information you voluntarily include in an email. The website currently has no accounts, forms, purchases or subscriptions.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• Delivering, securing and protecting the website: legitimate interests and technical necessity to provide the requested service.
• Measuring usage, performance and conversions: consent, which can be refused or withdrawn without losing access to content.
• Answering communications: consent when contacting us and, where relevant, pre-contractual steps or legitimate interests in handling the request.
• Meeting legal duties and handling claims: legal obligation and establishment or defence of legal claims.

5. Providers, disclosures and international transfers

The hosting/CDN provider may process technical data to deliver and protect the website. If you accept analytics, Microsoft provides Clarity. Google may provide GTM or GA4 only if configured in the future. Providers may process data outside your country under their applicable transfer safeguards and terms.

We do not sell personal information or share it for behavioural advertising. Disclosure is limited to service delivery, legal compliance and protection of rights.

6. Retention

Technical logs are retained for the minimum period needed for operation and security. Communications are kept while handling the request and for applicable limitation periods. Analytics follows each provider’s configured retention.

7. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent through mineafirmacionespositivas@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the UK ICO or your local supervisory authority. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

8. Regional disclosures

People in the EEA, UK or Switzerland retain rights under their local privacy law where applicable. Residents of California and other US states with applicable privacy laws may request access, correction or deletion and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising; we currently state that we do not perform those activities. People in Brazil or Canada may exercise equivalent rights under LGPD or PIPEDA through the contact above. A regional section applies only when that law governs the operator’s processing.

9. Children and security

The website does not knowingly request children’s data or provide accounts. Minors should contact us only with help from a parent or legal guardian. We use reasonable safeguards, but no Internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
